Military relocation questions
How does a VA loan work for a military PCS move?
Eligible service members can buy with 0% down and no monthly mortgage insurance. The VA home loan program explains eligibility and the funding fee.
Are there Texas programs for veterans and military families?
The Texas Veterans Land Board offers land and home loans for Texas veterans, and the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation runs Homes for Texas Heroes for first responders, teachers and veterans.
Can I buy before I arrive?
Yes — with live video tours, e-signing and power of attorney closings. Many of my PCS clients see the house in person for the first time at the final walkthrough.
Which towns are close to North Texas bases and jobs?
