What referral fee do you pay on agent referrals?
A standard referral fee agreed in writing before I contact your client, paid broker-to-broker at closing through Ten Twenty Realty.
Which areas do you cover for agent referrals?
Van Alstyne and the towns around it across Grayson, Collin, Fannin, Hunt and Lamar counties — see my community guides. For farther out, my brokerage covers 20 counties.
Do you handle military PCS agent referrals?
Yes. I’m a certified Military Relocation Professional and work with VA-savvy lenders; the VA home loan program explains the loan benefit.
Is the agreement compliant with Texas rules?
Yes — referral fees are paid between licensed brokers, as the Texas Real Estate Commission requires.
