Texas born and raised. I’m married to an incredible husband and am a mom to two little boys who keep me grounded and motivated every day.
When the world slowed down in 2020, I took the opportunity to pursue real estate — and I haven’t looked back since. What began as a new direction quickly became my true calling: guiding people through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
My approach is educational, straightforward and client-focused. I break complex transactions into clear, easy-to-understand steps, so you feel confident, informed and supported the whole way.

About Shayla
Shayla Eadler is the owner of Ten Twenty Realty, LLC, serving Van Alstyne and communities throughout Collin, Grayson, Fannin and Hunt counties and the surrounding North DFW area. Over the last six-plus years, she has had the privilege of helping more than 200 families successfully navigate the real estate market.
Shayla works with both buyers and sellers and specializes in residential real estate, land and acreage, farm and ranch properties, luxury homes, new construction and relocation throughout North Texas. As a Military Relocation Professional, she is especially passionate about serving veteran and first-responder families and understands the unique needs that come with relocating.
As a small-town East Texas native who now calls North Texas home, Shayla understands that buying or selling a property is about much more than a transaction — it is a major life decision. She believes the process should feel clear, informed and manageable, not stressful or overwhelming.
